Like he was a bag of flour, the boy was picked up and thrown over one of their shoulders. Quickly, the three untied and unlocked the binds. "Unlatch him." We're the only words exchanged. The leader made a signal, calling the rest of the guards over. He was unconscious, a bit of sweat on his face and red marks along the exposed skin. The leader of the group made his way to the table, where a boy lay. "Take him, I'm done for today." The woman turned back to her notes, excusing herself after quickly writing something and taking a couple vials. ![]() The woman turned to the three men, then looked behind her. There were latches and straps screwed into the corners and along the sides, made for immobilization. Inside, to the right, a table with vials, beakers and notes scattered everywhere, stood a tall woman. After the screen scanned his hand, the large, heavy metal door slowly opened. As they reached the lab, the man in front put his hand on a screen next to the door.
